- Created and implemented the Neighborhoods with Integrity initiative. To date we have had three community service projects and one social.
- Provided leadership throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. As a city, we were the first municipal-led vaccination site in the state of Florida. My wife and I routinely volunteered along with hundreds of city staff members to ensure efficient services and genuine care.
- Advocated for the stormwater improvements recently delivered throughout Coral Springs.
- Advocated and approved a Habitat for Humanity Affordable Housing Project.
- Advocated for a Sustainability Officer.
- Helped select and hire our current city manager
- Updated the sports policy with an emphasis on ensuring our residents and programs are our highest priority.
- Blueprinted and helped develop a Neighborhood for Schools Guide.
- Worked with our Parks and Recreation Department to bring additional and revamped youth programming to our residents. We restructured our travel soccer offerings, created our first-ever travel baseball league, and partnered with our local middle schools to bring a city-sponsored baseball/softball league to their students.
